What are perks and other benefits like at Amentum?

the pay is great and you receive incentive pay if you dont require the insurance or benefits HOWEVER they pay more down the flightline doing the same job

the site manager is pushing their employees out the door. they dont support a work-life balamce

Working as a contractor for Amentum can be challenging. If you are working overseas for the company, human resources support is very weak, which means you need an engaged supervisor/manager, to ensure you received all of the benefits that the company offers.

There are some benefits they are flexible and allow remote work for alot of the programs.

The onboarding and follow-up training is terrible. The managers will not back you up when issues arise.

The main pro to this company is that for the most part they keep their recruiters, they don’t outsource so there is stability and its remote friendly.

it’s very tough to promote, merit increases are pitiful(1-3%) there are no bonuses and the clients can be tough. they took away some benefits in the past year, high insurance rates
