I've honestly felt very supported by the people around me within the company. There is a genuine focus on trying to do the right thing and the people are kind and thoughtful of one another. The salary is good and there is a lot of flexibility. Management seems open to transparent dialogue.

Following a recent period of change there is a bit of a gap in terms of tools and systems, but this is gradually improving.
