What is the salary like at Amgen?

Good pay, good pension and a nice site

No progression or career growth

Pay is good with bonus of 10% and other perks

Time zone differences with other teams. Things don't always go fast

Great culture, good shift pattern, decent pay and benefits. You get to interact with a lot of departments and do a bit of everything very well run from that perspective.

Company is divesting the site which is a pity. Management can lack a bit of organisation at times and can be a bit reactive rather then proactive and the training department isn’t great some members of the Quality department are very unhelpful and lazy.

Onsite parking is difficult due to large amounts of contruction from expansion.

Leadership is short sighted/reactive and only focuses on near term cost savings, resulting in too many layoffs. There is no stability. Workload can be heavy depending on the department.
