      Pros

*Work-life balance was great as there are flexible timings * No Supervision and Pressure on work *Payment was on time and great

      Cons

*No growth in job role or pay rate though you work for years in a contract-based role. *There is no guarantee or stability of the workflow; hence, the month's income is always skeptical, and you can't predict how much work will be there and how much you will make. And for continuous months there was no work and no intimation about what's going on. *Recently most of the projects are over and no longer available for Indian locale. *There is no employee benefits. so when a project tou work on is over without any notice, you will feel lost.
