Pay is pretty solid for a majority of the projects, they pay on time, and it's primarily a hands-off affair as long as you are maintaining a certain level of quality to your work, no management bugging you for nonsense.

Work flow, It's so spotty, it's honestly the most frustrating part of the job. You'll have a solid amount of work for a few months, and then it tapers off, and sometimes stops. They'll announce that a project MIGHT end, but MIGHT not! And then they'll send emails about that same project getting renewed for a few weeks before completely forgetting about it and giving up on it.
