Good pay and work life balance. Work with a great team and flexible hours. Some days are long but you can balance your schedule out (next day slower, work from home). Interesting projects as well and impact is visible. Fast paced environment so prepare to pivot when needed.

Most of the staff are wonderful. There is free tea and coffee.

No flexibility with regards to work from home policy taking into account individuals circumstances. Mandatory minimum 60% in the office and it is being monitored which causes anxiety if I miss one day in meant to be in because then I need to make it up the next week.
I've been at AZ Ireland for about 4 years and really like it. Everyone is very friendly, management are nice and approachable. Work/life balance is good with flexible work arrangements.
