Cons
Atos acquire a number of smaller companies and fail to recognise the value of the employees within these companies. Integrations are slow and unplanned from the Atos side resulting in the acquired company having to step up and take the lead. Those involved are treated as numbers rather than people and have to go through long periods of uncertainty with little to no communication from leadership. Multiple round of redundancies, removal of benefits and failure to align to Atos' more favourable benefits (higher employer pension contributions), poor systems and lack of training all contribute to high turnover within those coming from acquired companies.
