Good benefits, nice equipment, mostly good coworkers and management is great.

Lots of warranty and recall work that just doesn’t pay what it should hour wise. Work 95 hours just to be paid for 70 ish

4 day work week, that’s about it. They took everything else when took over.

Management. Revolving door for management. Does not promote within, no raise within 2 years , no proper training, stripped all decent benefits, upper management collects performance bonuses that do not go back to the technician

Tons of opportunity to move up, can work with most managers for home time, benefits, discounts
