What are perks and other benefits like at AutoZone?

ok if you like cars and moving around alot

poor team work and inventory tracking, along with just low enough hours to not be considered full time so you dont get any of the benefits of fulltime despite working 40 ish hours weekly.

Work is fairly easy, interacting with regular repeat customers is enjoyable.

Almost no room for advancement. They promote almost everyone to a "manager" which just means you can close and open the store on your own. The pay is not great, and neither are the benefits.

Fake people, bad communication, terrible management, corporate culture is not the AZ culture that is in the stores and field. Nothing ever satisfies this company at the corporate level if you are not kissing up to leadership and if you are not willing to sacrifice your life to them.

Promotions come fast if you put in the work. I never had to ask to be promoted, they always notice my efforts and call me with opportunities for promotions.
