      Boston, MA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Decent benefits, Take safety seriously. Give managers plenty of latitude (usually) They used to be good about paying for employee training.

      Cons

Unsurprisingly, the client has a massive amount of say in everything we do, even when they are poorly informed and make bad decisions. Recently their willingness to pay for employee training has fallen off, with negative consequences. Depending on who's at the top level of management, you could get a lot of micromanagement.
