Decent pay for what is an entry level job, benefits, stability
Cons
The company culture is atrocious. Very few people enjoy being there. They are behind the times in terms of WFH and processes. Very very very bad leadership across the board, which makes the lives of lower level employees much worse than they need to be. They are disorganized and incompetent
Benefits, pay, work/life balance. Support moving around within the company. A large corporation, but humane. Very professional, employees are at the top of their game.
Cons
Departments are siloed. Not much personality or heart. Top down emphasis is on selling a product, room for improvement on progressing and prioritizing their data.
* Above average pay (also depends on how much you negotiate in the beginning)
* Good benefit (basic social security + company insurance + dental. With addition of optical reimbursement)
* Supportive work culture
Cons
* The clients could be very... creative (iykyk)
* Communication between local HQ and local site could be better
