Flexible enough schedule, very social job, you can meet a lot of people.

No benefits for part time employees which is basically the entire staff.

Demos are easy, management is great and there are plenty of shifts if you have open availability.

The pay could be better and you receive none of the benefits that you would as an employee of Costco.

The work days goes fast, you are busy and there is plenty to do, the work itself is not hard but is pretty physical. The managing of the staff can be a challange but I enjoyed most everyone I worked with.

No real breaks in the day, and it is hard to get even a lunch in. The day is hectic, and you need to be on-site the full day to manage the employees and the floor. The benefits were not very good, and the worst was the PTO, very little of it. Training was okay but after training I was thrown in the work and left to just figure things out on my own. Pay was average.

Flexible hours and it's easy. If you're social, it should be mostly pleasant. You get paid whether you meet your goals or not.

High turnover rate in management, rules change every other week, back biting, unpredictable whether or not we'll even have the correct equipment to do the job, unsafe appliances, very little time or opportunity given to clean carts, dishes, appliances. Very dirty and frustrating due to time constraints or laziness. Take your pick. Very few raises or opportunities to move up, no benefits. Members can be entitled and rude and constantly contaminate your area rather than show patience or manners.

Positive environment, easy work and easy hiring.

Less pay, boring, don't provide enough hours, no benefits.
