The schedule has been extremely flexible for me. the benefits are pretty good and the work is fairly easy

The only good thing about capstone is production pay, if you work hard this is a big pro.

Sometimes work slows down and there might be too many guys and not enough work, this means less money for you. The benefits aren't the greatest, 40 hours of PTO after being there for a year. Management is terrible.
