    I get paid for the work I do - more I get done, the more I get paid. Also there is a way from me to get promoted to leader if I continue to do good

    so far no cons. I like the hard work. My boss is good one.

    Some people aren't team players but overall we are looking for people who want to be part of a team. WANT TO WORK JOIN OUR TEAM.

    You make your own money. The more money you want, the quicker you work.

    Decent pay with merit increases, growth within the company of dedicated, and relocation oppurtunities all over the United States. Chances to expand your connection base with multiple warehouses.

    Cons

    Company is growing faster than they can get control of, everyone suffers from another mistakes, and poor communication

    Pros

    Depending on site very routine schedule. Always openings around the country to move to another site in the USA. There isn't much to say past that.

    Cons

    Before holidays are always busy. Don't expect time and half or any incentive during any holiday. After a year you get five days off.

    Modern day slavery at production pay that is minimal. No percentage raise in over 2 years now.

    Pay your people their worth. You are a billion dollar company that can afford it.

    I worked at Capstone Logistics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    it was fast pace and I dealt with a lot of driving a fork lift also made good money breaking down pallets.

    Cons

    there was a lot of un professional people who made it hard for me or anyone else to their job when they should have just been more professional

    keeping on track and handing out fair loads to any one and every one especially seniority and people with fast work pace.
