1. Unqualified EDO managers and supervisors and special mention about director who is visionless. 2. Escalations are not taken seriously. 3. Nothing is confidential everything is leaked out by managers and supervisors. 4. Dirty back gossiping by manager and supervisors about their own team. 5. Salaries are not credited on time. 6. Promotions are given to managers favorites.

They pay me on time. But not really any pros working here other than it’s a job.

They have slowly dismantled all benefits of working here. The only real incentive is showing up once in a while so you don’t get fired. Pay raises are terrible below 2%. And no bonus incentives. So not a good company unless you plan to only work here while looking for a better job.
