    Pros

Great culture. Work/life balance. Great coworkers. Ability to grow knowledge. Fun activities and events.

    Cons

To increase salary a decent amount, you must leave the company and come back. They do not do an industry analysis and adjust wages if you are employed long-term.

    Advice to Management

Keep up with industry compensation to keep your best employees as the company. An employee shouldn't have to ask to get a competitive wage.
