What is working from home like at Catalent Pharma?

Very patient focused work mentality

I would not recommend working here. There is little work/life balance. They started enforcing a zero work from home policy for some groups (HR pulling badge scans and sending emails if you weren't onsite or using PTO) while other groups are working hybrid or fully remote. Most people are unhappy and looking for other jobs.

Teams are very clicky Hard to work your way up if you aren't a favourite Micro management Highly stressful Salary is not the best WFH is hard to come by

Work life balance is moderate

No remote work even though the work is complete manageable at home..

people are great close to home
