I have worked with Centria Healthcare for several years, and it has truly been the best company I’ve worked for. I especially appreciate their assent-based values and the supportive nature of the company overall. One of the greatest benefits of working in the home market is the flexibility in scheduling, which Centria provides. I value that they respect their employees, avoid unnecessary micromanagement, and allow autonomy as professionals in the field. I highly recommend Centria Healthcare—not only for their strong values, but also for the opportunity to build a career alongside like-minded, passionate individuals.

While I’ve experienced some fluctuations in my schedule and morning client availability—which can be a challenge—my management team has always worked with me to find solutions.

I was able to get a lot in the way of experience out of my time at Centria and had a reasonable amount of opportunity although I wouldn't say everyone has equal opportunity. The mission to help children with autism is wonderful and I loved supporting and advocating for my team as well as opportunities for coaching a professional development.

Ultimately, I left this employer due what I would call a toxic corporate culture that had become intimidating and threatening in terms of job security. Turnover is high including operations, clinical, and the field making it difficult to build relationships and develop standards and processes that run smoothly and work towards a model of longevity and sustainability. Training and support is lacking, my last role did not meet expectations set in the interview stage. I had 3 different bonus structures over the course of 3 years, 2 of which I would consider impossible to meet due to the volatility of the home market and not a personal failure or shortcoming. Expectations for hours are "until the job is done" with no opportunity for overtime and work-life balance. Benefits are not competitive in terms of PTO and there is very little flexibility and little to no coverage for your role if you're out. It is my opinion that the actions of this company are not in line with their mission and core values.

Every job comes with stress but this is from being in a fast paced, solution based position.

Good compensation, solid supports, true work-life balance meaning you can work over time and see financial benefits, or you can choose to stay with a standard 8a-5p role

Extremely high number of BCTs or very inexperienced supervisors, trainings and in house supports tend to focus primarily on brand new clinicians leaving more experienced members still searching for the growth/PD

Helping families reach long term goals.

No benefits at all for part time workers, your hours can get cut short on day of scheduled work.

Great company to work at and grow clinically. Many benefits, competitive pay, client assent based model, management is great

work life balance, focus on going over billables, no room in schedule to balance out additional things needed to get done

I really feel so contented working in this company , good pay and benefits and moreover friendly environment.

Most of the leaders are irresponsible like (OD, DCS FSm ) they just do discriminate between employees and don’t provide proper information to the technicians.
