      Pros

They have genuinely good intentions and care about their techs. Provide technicians with everything they need to do their job effectively. Overall supportive environment.

      Cons

The hiring process can feel a bit unclear or disorganized. Work hours tend to fluctuate more than expected. Important details aren’t always communicated consistently or in a timely manner.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

1.Centria not only requires a minimum of 48 hours for a certificate prior to employment, but they pay for and provide that training. As well as compensating onef or one's time. You cannot pass for a certificate with less than an 80 percent, a B, on the exam. It is not an easy exam, but the education is awesome! 2. Centria looks at one's experience as well as academic performance to judge a person's readiness for working in the mental health field. 3. Centria is flexible with scheduling. 5 hour days are a great family/work life balance.

      Cons

      1. Too many points of contact. We should have 1 points of contact during our hiring process. I've had 4 and not stepped into a clinic until Monday. 2. The hiring process has taken almost a month

      Cons

Required online 7 hour training for onboarding could have been more interactive being that we were required to have our camera on.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

They prioritize promoting/hiring from within. Decent bonus structure, IF you can hire a lot of people, which feels impossible and unethical once you realize how things operate here.

      Cons

This job consists of sorting through terrible resumes, having 20 minute phone interviews back to back, and being expected to hire 10+ BTs a week based off one phone call. Majority of openings you are recruiting for are part time with no benefits. Training process for BTs is terrible. They utilize a personality test as part of their hiring process (if you don't pass, you don't get hired, but if a candidate asks you have to lie and say it won't impact the hiring decision). BT turnover is horrendous (over 100% turnover rate in some markets) so they just push for more hires. My manager was unsympathetic and pushed me to hire people I wasn't comfortable hiring just to get my numbers up. Felt like I was lying to candidates and setting both them and our clients up for failure. Now I hear they're using an AI phone call to screen people? Wtf
