Blame culture, it's a lot about whose fault things are than what the actual issue is. Company is extremely disorganized and lacks internal processes. As a result a lot of micromanaging goes on with very little problem solving. Teams tend to work against one another rather than together when they're all trying to reach the same goal. Numbers based approach to hiring and removing behavior technicians and a quantity over quality mentality, which is highly concerning considering they are working with children who are also members of a vulnerable population.
