What started with great promise quickly degraded into chaos, muddy fluctuating 'rules,' missing or incompetent leadership, frequent changes with poor communication, eventually they limited patients to the point where I was going broke and not seeing any new patients. No explanation was given other than some glib made up terminology. They fired good people and promoted/hired people who did not care about us as contractors and blew off concerns and questions.
