What is the salary like at Chase?

      Chase reviews

      Great Company

      Branch manager
      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Competitive pay, great benefits and good work life balance.

      Cons

Priorities seem to change a lot. Very high expectations and seem to be downsizing staff in the branches.

It really depends on what branch the area is in

      Part time associate banker
      Former employee
      Houston, TX
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good benefits, good pay for not needing a degree

      Cons

Your life will suck if your manager sucks but I’m pretty sure that’s anywhere.

Chase is a great place to work

      Lead associate operations

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Great pay, good benefits, convenient schedules, great people

      Cons

not a lot of room for growth outside retail banking unless you are willing to relocate

      Terrible manager

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good pay, good benefits, healh insurance.

      Cons

Terrible manager didn't care about employees at all

      1

Great pay but disappointing raise criteria

      Account representative
      Former employee
      Lake Mary, FL
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Great knowing what your schedule for the day looked like ahead of time, great pay.

      Cons

It is disappointing that you can work a full 40 hours, answer every question that comes through but still not be considered for a raise because you were not able to condense the explaining to meet the required AHT / Average Handle Time.

      Okay

      Associate banker - me
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Great benefits and pay was decent

      Cons

Management could be on the micromanage side too much. Not very personable.

      1

      It wasn’t bad

      Associate banker
      Former employee
      Charlotte, NC
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Decent pay, great benefits, a lot of PTO immediately available, and you learn a lot on the job.

      Cons

Branch drama is pretty common unless your branch is just built different. The initial training on the computer is long and mundane. On the floor training/shadowing is better.

      Pros

The benefits are pretty good but i like HSA health care. Pay and appreciation is good.

      Cons

Leadership wont promote unless you really stand out, once your in they will short change you with every pay increase, everyone is out for themselves and will seal ideas and code to make them look better.

      Has it's up's and downs.
