What is paid time off like at Chase?
Pros
Ample vacation time, plenty of PTO and paid sick days, great maternity benefits, opportunity to move up, performance based bonuses, they really take care of their employees
Cons
Short staffed often, in branch technology could be more reliable, strict rules, high expectations, only have 20 hour teller positions
Advice to Management
Staff us better so that someone using their ample PTO or sick time doesn’t cause an emergency for the branches. Give the possibility of full time teller positions so we can have more flexibility and reliability (20 hour tellers are not typically flexible because of factors like second jobs, school schedules, or kids, and tend to make for high turnover). Give raises to bankers.

Does Chase offer massages?
Pros
Depending on who is your manager, they care for you. Free uniforms on certain budget each year, some events to know other Chase teams, employee benefits on checking accounts
Cons
If bad manager, you could have a bad time. I kept getting different managers and some were not good with communicating with their team. Training could use some work.
Advice to Management
Communication with ALL team members! Please stop relying on the supervisor because sometimes they don't care about the associates.

Does Chase offer dental insurance?
Pros
The only good that came out working for this company is that you get benefits (medical, vision, dental, and 401k) as a part-timer. That's it!
Cons
I can say a lot of things about this company, but I'll make it short: Trust issues among the employees and management, stressful, incompetent, gets a little depressive in the work environment, tolerating self-entitled customers who yells at you for no reason, and many more.
Advice to Management
My advice to management is that don't accuse your employees of saying things and/or something and reporting them without getting proof first. Very distrustful!!
