      Good benefits, more than enough vacation time, able to work from home

      Usually you have no choice if you are moved from one department to another, your pay can be cut without notice, very stressful job, can be very difficult to move to higher positions, most people move up if they know the hiring manager, very unfair

      The company has a good external image. Basic salary is provided.

      Poor communication across teams Outdated, inconsistent, and difficult-to-use systems. Little to no technical support for most programs. No overtime pay, bonuses, or additional benefits. No company activities or employee engagement. Heavy workload with expectations to dedicate most of your day to work. Toxic work culture with frequent blame and lack of cooperation. Employees are fired almost every week; high turnover. Many roles are removed or replaced without frequenly Old, reused laptops and broken monitors; no supportive equipment. Management is bossy, self-centered, and unsupportive. Numerous unnecessary regulations that slow down daily work.
