Excellent work/life balance, daycare onsite, health insurance, management is always available, open communication, positive environment, constant training, if you work hard there are unlimited opprotunities to advance.
Loud production floor, high turn over rate
Advice to Management
Stop mass hiring everyone who applies, and only hire those who are truly qualified. Also stop cutting down training class time, so that the new hires dont feel overwhelmed when they get out on the floor.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Citi (Austin, TX) in November 2016.
Total waste of time. Interviewers are looking for employees who will make them look good, fearful of losing their positions by engaging with qualified candidates. (High turnover/job losses due to merger)
