      Pros

      Cons

Welcome back to high school, this place is full of cliques. If you make friends with a supervisor you’ll love it and can get away with anything. They pick and choose who they call out for doing things that others get away with. This half can work from home everyone else has to come in the office, this half has to clock out for lunch but that group can leave for an hour while on the clock to run errands. Only certain people are allowed overtime the rest will be wrote up if you go over 40 hours but you also better hit your touches. They will treat you like kindergarteners again and move your seats away from your friends if they think you talk to much but other people have conversations from across the office and no one says a word. Micro management is the worst if you don’t get your touches up the supervisor will move her desk right by you and come sit with you to watch you work, but if you try to ask a question to understand something your told to go back and read your notes.
