The older generations who are still working tend to treat migrant workers better, especially due to their accumulated experience and wisdom.

1. The male leader consistently nitpicks insignificant details that are not part of the standard process, targeting specific employee while ignoring similar behaviors from others. 2. Quartile bonuses are inconsistently scored, often predetermined by the male leader exhibiting micromanagement tendencies. 3. The male leader who frequently focuses on finding errors but struggles to effectively communicate tasks clearly then blame to migrant employee. 4. The male leader who colludes with a fellow male worker, creating an atmosphere where everything you do is perceived as incorrect or inadequate. 5. Male leader creates a toxic work environment due to personal dislike. ***The paid broker that fails to demonstrate fairness in their treatment of all migrant workers.***

* Team members are great to work with. * The first few levels of management are great to work with, there seems to be a disconnect a few levels above. * Traveling opportunities across the US and a few outside the US locations * Crane is a long standing company that isn't going anywhere * Gain experience in highly controller environment (IT Perspective)

* Health Benefits are a joke and they require you to give a blood sample (to include from spouse/partner) unless you want a higher monthly premium. * Sudden 5 day RTO policy, with very VERY poor communication regarding the matter. * The RT Crane resolution is spoken but not followed (see 1st bullet) * Despite rigid policies and procedures, communication is poor * Lynnwood campus itself is very plain, nothing other than cubicles and manufacturing. * FEELS like a company that's been around for a LONG time, and stuck in their way * Corporate oversight is strong, but not necessarily unexpected. One last note I want to leave for all management to read. When everything is an emergency, nothing is an emergency.
