Pros
Lots of work for the most part. Lower level people are great.
Cons
PTO guidelines are a joke that just meets state required minimums for newer employees, with no separation between vacation and sick time. Staffing levels are bare minimum, creating long periods of Mandatory OT when hiring extra people would correct the problem. When the better techs are out on PTO, everything turns into a mess because of the low staffing level. Test equipment is beyond old and worn out, and trying to get anything newer is harder than getting a winning lottery ticket.
