What are perks and other benefits like at D.R. Horton?

The company overall is great, good benefits for employees with pretty generous pay.

This may be an office by office basis but the one I worked at the management was awful, there were different rules for the agents that made more sales, no training and no marketing available .

Very limited time off, with only 6 weekend days per year as an employee with less than 2 years time off.
