Paid time off could be longer

I had a great time working here. I was hired as first shift. There was on the job training. It was never expected to work over time or beyond your shift time. The people I worked with were extremely helpful and friendly. They did choose to hire from within the company, so that was a good thing.

I had to be hired through a contract recruiter, so I even though I worked with the company, I didnt get the full pay or the benefits until 3-6 months, or until fully hired by DHL themselves. It was very difficult to get in or hired. Some of the bosses/higher ups expected you to learn things quicker than you were able to, and didn't provide the most helpful feedback.
