      Pros

Great work-life balance, management does a good job at making sure we’re not overworked and for employees who have to go into the office it’s usually no more than twice a week and even then people can work from home whenever they need.

      Cons

You have to pay for parking if you’re going into the office.

      Easy work

      Pros

Work from home, flexibility with making up hours, option for overtime

      Cons

Hard to move up with the company when you want to go to another department. Don’t always feel supported by leadership

Your PTO is used for major holidays. You’ll be off, but it is with your own pto. Pay is not great

      Pros

Very Flexible as far as being able to work from home most of the time, or with an option to work at the office.

      Cons

ESG stuff gets weird on some of the calls.

Very Flexible great if you are older or have children

      Pros

very flexible hours, not super dependent on you as a social worker, you get holidays and weekends and make your own schedule essentially!

      Cons

Use your PTO for holidays, they are trying to phase out all work from home. Not a lot of guidance in the beginning you figure it out as you go.

      Pros

Working at DaVita has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, I’ve felt like part of a supportive, collaborative team. The leadership genuinely cares about the well-being of its employees, and they encourage personal and professional growth. The opportunities for learning are endless, and there's always room to take on new challenges. The work-life balance is excellent, with flexible hours and remote work options that make it easy to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The company culture is inclusive, innovative, and focused on helping everyone succeed.

      Cons

There’s always room for improvement, but honestly, I haven't encountered any significant cons. Some processes can take a little longer due to the company’s growth, but it’s a minor challenge compared to the overall positive experience.
