What is working from home like at DaVita?

Great work-life balance, management does a good job at making sure we’re not overworked and for employees who have to go into the office it’s usually no more than twice a week and even then people can work from home whenever they need.

You have to pay for parking if you’re going into the office.

Hard to move up with the company when you want to go to another department. Don’t always feel supported by leadership

Your PTO is used for major holidays. You’ll be off, but it is with your own pto. Pay is not great

Use your PTO for holidays, they are trying to phase out all work from home. Not a lot of guidance in the beginning you figure it out as you go.

There’s always room for improvement, but honestly, I haven't encountered any significant cons. Some processes can take a little longer due to the company’s growth, but it’s a minor challenge compared to the overall positive experience.
