Can be overwhelming at certain times of the year, VERY high turnover despite benefits package, nonexistent work life balance depending on demands from mgt and guest load, unchecked attitude from mgt and team members leading to rash decisions, content of training could be improved (tough when the priority for mgt is guests and putting out fires), promotions come during staff shortages (high turnover = rush to hire and train, so new hires are rushed to learn and fill a space)
