Technical resources don't expect any respect in company, Leadership is highly unprofessional they don't want to see technical people grow. They can fire you in one day without prior notice. People with good overall performance worked for 10-12 years are fired in a day time.

The management is very poor — they don’t listen to our problems. The project and client work environment are both terrible. Once you’re assigned to a project, you have no control; if you complain, they ask you to leave. The client (Synchrony) tortures resources, lacks technical knowledge, and management always supports them — many people have already left because of this.
