Some what sales driven, but it is all designed around making sure everyone is treated fairly and with respect. The pay and benefits package isnt the best when compared to other companies like interac and other banks,

A lot of great benefits, infinite coffee, good salaries, even offer transportation for direct employees and fair amount of vacation days plus free in-office gym, game room and more

There are people strongly tied to excel, if you have a bad manager you will suffer, but that could happen anywhere really. The worst part is going to the office 3 days per week, therefore if you are looking for fully remote position clarify that on your interview

Frequent "restructuring" which sometimes results in positions suddenly not existing anymore,

Additionally, for certain positions, the company offers a very flexible 3x2 hybrid WFH (Work From Home) schedule, which is a huge advantage for managing both personal and professional time. Dental plan should be included as part of the health care package with no cost at all. Besides that, no complaints for the moment.

Good Company and People to Work, good benefits, but only for direct employees.

Maybe processes and workflow between teams could be better. There are a lot of delays internally that impact other teams like a snowball. Basically, there are some people that are always late on delivering, causing other teams to be delayed as well and to delay other teams and so on
