Great Hours, Day off during the week and off every Sunday, good benefits, PTO generous, good salaries, incentive pay out monthly, no office politics, teammates willing to assist anyone, District Manager over Cobb County is the best I have ever worked under with any company. The company wants suggestion from the employees to make improvements.

Work every Saturday, lots of cleaning

The leadership in the Facilities department is notably rigid and controlling. This contrasts sharply with the company's broader culture. Facilities employees are not afforded the same perks or benefits as other home office employees, such as hybrid work schedules. Unless traveling to sites, Facilities staff are required to be physically present in the office. The leadership within this department rarely, if ever, offers praise or recognition for the team's hard work and accomplishments. Instead, the feedback tends to focus predominantly on what is being done wrong, creating a negative atmosphere. The morale within the Facilities team is low, with many employees actively seeking other opportunities, both within the company and externally.

The benefits are amazing, The pay is pretty good for what the job details. you do get a monthly bonus so that's a plus, you also get mileage for your driving between stores. most days are pretty chill and easy. being off every Sunday is great

as a Assistant Manager you float between stores, so one day you could be 5 minutes from home the next 30 mins plus. you almost always work alone, so you got to be really good with doing multiple jobs at one time. No sick time, we have PTO but no sick time like most of the jobs Ive worked in the past

I've been with Extra Space Storage over 3 years now, and I love it. The support from our District Manager, and everyone at the corporate office has been fantastic. The company benefits are numerous, and are very good.

Yes you have to occasionally clean units when someone vacates, but it is not hard at all. Yes there are metrics the company wants everyone to strive to achieve, but what successful company doesn't have these. Yes you have to work most Saturdays because they can be busier days, but if you need it off for a special occasion they are flexible and can work with you.
