What is the salary like at FIS?

Work life balance in many teams

I joined this company 4 years back, after rejecting offers from other big companies offering higher salary, thinking it is the most stable company (history of no layoffs) , good work life balance, excellent supportive employees, good employee benefits etc. however, within a year, things changed drastically. In India market vertical, all our clients are either leaving or left already, FIS Profile product is so sub-standard, all good employees have already left the company and the remaining ones are either hanging on to the thread or highly incapable. Management is totally worthless. I usually never give bad review to any company I work for because I am always grateful for the job I have. However this company has turned my optimism into complete hopelessness. I sincerely hope our company gets good clients, hire back good employees and regain its lost status.

Good pay; great bonus and generous pension; good benefits; nice office, albeit a bit sterile decor

Requirement for hybrid work even though the team and line manager both work offshore. A lot of processes and procedures to follow. Mixups in onboarding process

Unorganized company, poor communication from upper levels, always doing layoffs because they can’t handle funds.

They will promote you to lead concierge quickly if you have a good work ethic.

The pay is minimum wage, and they don't offer benefits because they are a staffing agency.

Decent Pay, good benefits, work from home/hybrid options, good team

Horrible raises, sales/finance culture, no emphasis on building good products, constant layoffs, awful corporate communication, constant strategy changes. The company currently seems to be in freefall after a disastrous worldpay acquisition/divestiture.
