Absolutely love this company!! My team and supervisors are fantastic! They give you a generous amount of PTO days when you start. Health insurance is good. Yearly reviews, helps us understand what we can do better and what we are doing better at!

We don’t have Summer days or half days before the holidays. The only great perks is the kitchen supplies. They have a lot of breakfast options and drinks. But, I’m not sure why they can’t give us a better life balance around holidays or Summer. So there is nothing to look forward too.

All of the people I met from junior level through the directors were personable, patient and fun to work with. Everyone took care to make sure the other interns and myself were learning and gaining from the experience. At the full-time level, the firm maintains good work-life balance where PTO is actually respected. It's very flexible with remote work 2-3 days per week.

Throughout the internship I was unsure of my standing with the company and whether I was meeting expectations or not, which left a lot open to interpretation.
