What are perks and other benefits like at Family Dollar Stores?

It's a good company with lots of great people. The pay and benefits are good and there is lots of opportunity for growth and promotion within the company.

Systems and processes are antiquated and often challenging but they have been working on updating the past few years with more new systems to come.

They have decent benefits but sometimes you do end up doing a lot more work then the managers around you and receive the same or less pay then them.
