      Pros

Good insurance, opportunities for advancement, tuition reimbursement

      Cons

Pay at the Ops Admin level not great. It's easy to get pigeon holed or overlooked

      Pros

Money, weekly Tuition reimbursement( if you know what you're doing)

      Cons

Everything will hurt at first (this is also normalized in the work culture there) You may or may not sweat through your clothes (didnt care, worked nights) Night staff is understaffed, but they'll still send people home Cheap on payroll (Pay is how they suck you in but the hours will be cut) No phones(It's a con because it made everything inconvenient) Your family can't reach you and you can't get notifications about work/ school reimbursement deadlines etc. Injuries( very easy to get hurt, but it seems like they favor those who do get hurt out of fear of lawsuit) No team lifts, you'll be understaffed and often have to do dangerous things to get the job done while most of your managers watch you slave away. (shoutout to the few that helped) They monitor your hours and will cut your insurance without telling you even though they're the ones sending you home and you are scheduled for the correct amount of hours to qualify. ( May find out at the doctor's office that your insurance from slaving is no bueno.)
