The coding work at this company is easy because applications are old.
Benefits here are great, provides good work life balance benefits.

Virginia office provides discounted lunch for FTEs, but not in Dallas office.
Managers/Directors are not helpful in boosting career growth.
The company is very limited due to being corporate and most of the tech and senior leadership are outdated.
Good Benefits, Pay is competitive, the staff VP and below is great.

C Suite still struggling to improve in their stewardship. New CEO will hopefully help but new President is needed too.
