Great benefits including 6% 401k match plus 2% company bonus 401k contribution - both after the 1st year. On site gym and wellness center. Good cafeterias. Hours are good, mostly 8:30 - 5, though you may have to support night and weekend deployments. Good culture, though it depends on the group you are with.
Cons
Kind of heavy on bureaucracy. There's talk about layoffs coming
