Due to year after year layoffs, most that stay are stuck in the same job. Annual pay rises are minimal and well below inflation rates. Bonuses are rare.
The culture is unmatched. I enjoy the team I work with, my leader is amazing, and my business partners are top notch. The benefits are decent with competitive time off, good work life balance and 401k match.
Cons
The health insurance is ok, it could be better but not the worst.
The opportunity for growth is unknown due to reduction of TA, but I am still happy with the yearly increases & I am very happy with where I am.
