The leadership team genuinely upholds their commitments, offering both the autonomy and support necessary for success. The culture of joining forces is more than just a value—it is integral to our operations. Cross-functional collaboration is seamless, and there is a genuine sense of shared purpose. Everyone I have worked with is intelligent, humble, and always willing to offer assistance. Working courageously is another fundamental aspect of our organization. We are encouraged to challenge the status quo, voice our opinions, take calculated risks, and learn from our mistakes. Besides all the cool things GoDaddy offers, finding the negative sides would feel like looking for a needle in a haystack.

I work in the IST timezone. The culture here is positive — colleagues are supportive and efforts are recognized. The work environment is healthy, and I can clearly see the impact of my contributions. The company offers flexibility with WFO/WFH options and encourages working with the latest technologies, which helps with career growth. ESOPs and ESPP benefits are a plus. Compensation is decent to good overall.

The office is newly built but currently lacks a fun zone or an in-house canteen/snack facility. There are also no travel allowances or cab services provided, and in-person fun events are limited.
