Does Gusto offer dental insurance?

The benefits they offered were great, especially 100% covered medical insurance and unlimited PTO.

No raises unless your metrics are perfect and metrics were measured unfairly in my opinion

Metrics don’t align fairly as fair as adherence to schedules. You’re penalized for not staying on schedule even if it’s due to working actively with a customer.
