Communication from upper levels can sometimes be less than great Some position growth is being regionally locked with current offerings Non-flexible work schedule PTO Policies leave much to be desired

Remote. Flexible schedule. Great supervisors

Still Private company, transition to public makes abrupt and brash changes (usually for the worst) constant. Extremely poor morale.
