Depending on the store, managers can change and shift, managers can be unhelpful and ignore requests, full time means completely open availability so they can schedule you whenever and you have no stability unless you are part time. If you are part time, you can't get health insurance or PTO.

they dont place management back in the areas they came up in, so the outcome is a bunch of managers who got no idea how the job/area they are managing works.
