      Business Outlook

      Pros

Personal shoppers get a raise once a year based on performance. Its usually no more than 50 cents.

      Cons

Disrespectful customers will be the wort part of the job. You'll have to learn how to cope with that. Other than that if you have a good relationship with your co workers, it will be a pleasant work experience.

      Pros

You get paid weekly and get a raise every 6 months as a cashier.

      Cons

The work culture is vastly different in the DFW area, in that there is zero accountability. your raise every six months is never greater than 6%.

      Pros

Good pay, raise every 6 months (although if you’re a college student and can’t work that much, you’re only gonna get like a 20 cent raise), they’ll give you a free turkey during the holidays.

      Cons

Favoritism is RAMPANT in this company, this company isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be. The discount is also terrible.
