Unstable business prospects, positivity teethering on toxic from time to time. Company going through a tumultuous period so be prepared for restructuring and a lot of uncertainty.

Benefits are amazing, I have a great work life balance, and lots of vacation.

Because of the career path I chose with the company there is little to no growth. If I wanted to grow there is only one position in my area for me and everyone else in the same position for me, and then after that there is also only one position in the whole area.

The company is very organized, lots of internal growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and has great benefits with good vacation days.

Very fast paced, can be overwhelming and feel overworked / undervalued. Customers can be very rude and entitled. The pay isn’t great for the amount of duties you’re expected to execute within this role under a tight time frame.
