Middle managers are payed incredibly low for the amount of work and responsibilities having to perform. I was told I would be offered a promotion and someone else was hired in for that role.

If you're part time, you most likely won't get all the hours you want, and you'll get your hours cut first. They provide food but the quality/quantity depends on the manager. Some managers view food as an unnecessary cost and will only fill it when the district manager is coming in for a scheduled tour of your store. Managers will delegate manager-specific tasks to associates. Associates are expected to pick up the trash and slack the managers drop, with our without clear communication
