      Pros

Free parking available at the office.

      Cons

There is virtually no work–life balance in this role. Even after working for more than 24 hours straight, management continues to pressure employees to keep working without adequate breaks whenever a client demands it. Client requests often dictate unreasonable schedules, forcing staff to start very early or work through the night. The system itself is designed in a way that normalises overwork and constantly pushes people to keep working. Instead of planning, resourcing, or protecting staff wellbeing, the model relies on employees stretching themselves beyond reasonable limits to keep clients satisfied. This constant pressure takes a serious toll on both mental and physical health. Burnout is common, and employee wellbeing is clearly not a priority. There are also ethical concerns. Clients are overcharged while employees are pushed beyond reasonable limits to meet expectations, creating a stressful and unsustainable environment for everyone involved. Additionally, even when you are not on the on-call rotation, you are still expected to fix issues on Friday evenings and over weekends. Boundaries are not respected, and personal time is frequently interrupted. Overall, this is a demanding workplace with unrealistic expectations, a system that encourages overwork, and little regard for employee health or fairness. On top of it, low salary and no career growth.
