What are perks and other benefits like at HonorHealth?

HonorHealth has a strong culture - kind people, approachable leaders, good benefits and competitive pay, respectful/friendly environment and good values

None that I can think of.

Great pay, love the teamwork from coworkers, and good benefits.

There is a disconnect between the back office, front desk, and management. Staff are very often sent to different locations to cover, and the front desk does not get breaks when needed upfront other than lunch.

My first annual raise was .14 This was in 2023 which is absurd. For being a locally-ran corporation it’s unfortunate they refused to be slightly flexible with my schedule so I could pick my kids up from school a couple times a week. I had to go part time or quit because of that. Larger corporations have been much more family friendly.

Not enough hours in the day to complete all the work you’re assigned to, with no overtime allowed; no work life balance…not to mention major micro managing going on

HH is a great company to work for, they have wonderful benefits and the pay is not too bad

I would say the weird people in management but the company as a whole is awesome

Pay is better than most places, good benefits, and I like the people I work with

Management can be poor but that’s variable depending on what site you work for.
